Major – Metal Chest clip failed . This stuff will get your dog killed. The D ring attachment the Dog to the lead. The dog gets off the lead because the harness fails the result can be deadly in traffic or critical situations. This harness would not meet military specifications or meet the demands of K-9 or Service Dog work. The single stitching at the stress point is a major design flaw and manufacturing poor quality control.. I had the harness reinforce. The manufacturing process is substandard, inspect your equipment every day before and after service to make sure your dog is safe. Do not hit the street until you and your partner’s equipment is checked.

Katja – I got size large for Dolph and it just fit him. He’s an 80lb+ European Doberman. Smallest of the litter but it’s all good. Hard to find things that fit with Dobermans large rib cages. He’s always been a puller while walking on the leash but this has significantly decreased that. Plus he looks so handsome. I can handle him much easier now. We both love it.

JIMMY – Absolutely love this vest. The quality is definitely top notch. Even rivals the combat gear we’d use in the Marine Corps. Great product and I’d recommend this to anyone! My Weimaraner has had anxiety/trust issues and I prefer people not to pet her as I train her to remain calm around strangers. This was a perfect way to throw some “Do Not Pet” patches in a way to get that point across.

Hickory-Dickory – I just received this today and have only fitted it to my 143 lb., 19 month old Cane Corso (35″ around hisntorso just behind the armpits). The fit seems fine so far…will update more later, but wanted to be sure and share the picture now for size reference for others.

Linda J. Williams – Heavy duty snap closures. Metal buckles in the chest area, heavy duty plastic snaps on the sides. Easy slip on over-the-head style. (No need to lift up your pups legs, while trying to get them to hold still, so it doesn’t fall off while you buckle it.) This one is so much easier. Slip over their head like you would your shirt and buckle the sides. Done.
Takes maybe ten seconds. Only draw back is, it’s not a no-pull harness. I think it was advertised as such. My malinois puppy is still learning and this does nothing to slow his pulling.

Shannon – I love the quick releases. Easy to put on and take off but does NOT slip off unintentionally. Received so many compliments and questions. It’s comfortable on my dog, especially where the buckles are. There’s fabric overlap which prevents chaffing. She is very at ease in it, no scratching or irritation. I have a 45 lb mutt and got a small. I’ve outfitted it with molle packs and patches for personalization. Get stopped all the time by people asking where to get the harness.

BigT_11B – I bought one of these and another brand’s harness at the same time for my two Great Danes. Between the two, the IceFang was the clearly superior harness. Not only was it more adjustable to fit the different contours of the dogs, it just fit better. I assume this is from a better cut or design. It doesn’t rub or ride, which helps keep their fur in good order while not irritating the dog while wearing it. The metal front buckles offer a confidence that they wont break under their extreme pull, and the no pull ring in the front has helped me train them not to pull on their leash. I especially appreciate the breathable webbing on the underside that helps keep them cool in the summer. The sizing seemed to be pretty spot on. My dogs chests were 38 &39 inches which called for the XL size. I only had to make small adjustments to the straps once I received it. Overall, it is a fantastic harness that I would highly recommend to any large breed owner.
